I started drawing the coast of Maine in 1999 and have continued to focus on Maine islands for the last two decades. In my early days, I worked out of a tiny building at Roke’s Storage farm in Camden, Maine. Then in February of 2008 I opened my current studio in downtown Belfast. The following year I had my first art opening at Archipelago Gallery at the Island Institute in Rockland, Maine.
Some of my original drawings are available at New Era Gallery on Vinalhaven. Both a select number of originals and prints are available through Small Wonder Gallery in Camden, and prints can also be found at Archipelago. All originals and prints are available by visiting my studio or by contacting me via text, e-mail or phone call.
Original Drawings
Original drawings are created on naturally acid-free cotton Bristol board paper and are signed in the lower right corner. Each is framed behind 99% UV protected non-glare Tru-Vue Museum Glass, within a single white acid-free mat in a black wooden frame. All framing materials are archival.
Limited Edition Prints
Limited Edition, giclée prints are produced by Digital Imageworks, Inc. of Waterville, Maine and are printed on acid-free watercolor paper with archival inks. Each print is signed and numbered, and are equal in size to the original drawing. Print prices listed on the website are for the print only. Prints are also available framed as the original drawings are, but without Museum glass. Framed print prices vary and are available by contacting me directly.
My goal is to share my art, and to one day provide you with a piece of work, whether an original drawing, framed print, or unframed print that evokes a sense of Maine that you cherish and remember. Thank you for your interest in my work.
